Hugh Jackman is set to return to the Great White Way beginning October 31 in The River, and in anticipation of his Broadway bow at the Circle in the Square Theatre, the Tony winner stopped by The Tonight Show to chat with Jimmy Fallon about his first visit to the intimate venue: to see Al Pacino in Hughie some 18 years ago. We know how that stories ends—with his wife falling asleep in the second row. “If you come, you can sleep,” Jackman says, “and I will understand, and I will sign you an autograph.” Jackman also discussed singing at Joan Rivers’ funeral: “It was an appropriate sendoff," he says, and I felt honored to be a part of it.” Then they played some pool bowling. Because why not? Warning: it takes forever. Take a peek at the clips below, and look out for Fallon’s shout out to a certain awesome website (hint: it’s us)!
